RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Last updated: 07/09/2026

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description. You're also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

Physical Books

  • Change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the book is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

  • Faulty or damaged items: If your book arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@bloodchemistry.online within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital Editions

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where the file is faulty, corrupted, or otherwise not as described - in which case, contact us at info@bloodchemistry.online and we'll resend the correct file or issue a refund.

If you haven't yet downloaded your digital purchase and change your mind, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
